Heavy-duty precision-engineered jerk blocks.

Jerk blocks are an essential piece of equipment in any S&C facility. They provide you with a platform to master their jerk techniques without the need to re-rack or catch the bar. They're also perfect for those who have issues with mobility and require a higher ledge to catch the bar.

The boxes are adjustable to the required height allowing you to work from multiple positions, allowing users to tailor their experience to suit their needs. The blocks will not move or jump when the bars are dropped, as they offer incredible stability.

Made to the highest specifications, they have been CNC manufactured for a precision fit. They are made from high-quality birch plywood, which is doubled up on each layer. This adds even more protection we have made a specific 60mm adjustable drop area that can be used on each block. Each stack contains four separate height blocks (8 in total) – 39cm, 30cm, 15cm, 6cm

These blocks are made to order. We can adjust the height, width, and amount of blocks. We can even engrave your gyms name and logos for that bespoke customised experience. Please allow 2 – 4 weeks production time.
