The Impulse Sterling Row is designed to meet the demands of its users, it features a plate-loading mechanism allowing ease of change and allows its users to obtain the maximum output from it.
The machine’s design allows users to work muscles in isolation such as biceps, back and rear of the shoulders. The dual handle positions add more resistance to different muscle groups through different movements.
