Objective
A1 Football Factory wanted to expand its offering by installing a fully functional fitness gym. The goal was twofold: to provide added value for existing members and to attract a broader audience seeking a versatile, high-quality training environment.
Concept
The Concept
Working closely with the A1 Football Factory team, UKSF designed a state-of-the-art functional fitness space. The vision was to create an area that would support a wide range of training styles – from CrossFit and strength & conditioning to Hyrox-specific sessions.
Key components included:

20mm high-impact gym flooring for durability and shock absorption

Custom CrossFit rigs with bespoke coloured legs to match the A1 brand

Hyrox-style astro turf track in a custom colourway, ideal for sled work and conditioning drills

Sleds, functional training tools, and accessories
Install
The installation was carried out by our in-house team, ensuring a seamless and professional finish. Every element was tailored to fit the space and aesthetic of the A1 Football Factory. From the custom-painted rig legs to the bespoke astro turf, every detail was considered to meet both functional and visual standards.

The finished gym is a high-spec functional fitness facility that enhances A1 Football Factory’s overall offering. It now serves as:
