To supply custom branded gym flooring for the Deadly Dozen Fitness race event
UK Supreme Fitness was chosen to supply and install a fully bespoke gym flooring solution for the Deadly Dozen Fitness race event HQ. The brief was to create a visually striking and extremely durable training and competition surface that matched the event’s black and red branding while standing up to constant sled work, running and high footfall.
The 800m² facility features a custom Hyrox sled turf lane, specialist astro turf, and a bespoke rubber race track made using premium gym flooring tiles and rubber gym tiles. The race lanes include inlaid lines, numbers and lettering set directly into the flooring. Unlike printed tiles, these markings will never fade, peel or wear away, ensuring the gym flooring looks sharp and professional for years to come.
By using high-quality gym flooring, gym flooring tiles and rubber gym tiles throughout, the space delivers outstanding grip, shock absorption and noise reduction, while the Hyrox sled turf and astro turf zones provide the perfect surface for sled pushes, pulls and race-specific training.

Concept
Concept – creating a world-class race training HQ
The goal was to create a bespoke training facility that would serve as the Deadly Dozen world race series HQ, capable of hosting thousands of athletes throughout the year in a professional, performance-driven environment.
This required more than just standard gym flooring. The space needed purpose-built training zones, competition-standard race lanes, durable rubber gym tiles, high-performance Hyrox sled turf and astro turf, and carefully selected gym equipment to support both training and events.
UK Supreme Fitness was chosen because of our experience delivering large-scale functional fitness facilities, our ability to design and manufacture custom gym flooring solutions, and our understanding of how professional flooring directly impacts performance, safety and longevity. In a facility like this, flooring isn’t just cosmetic — it must handle heavy sled work, high-impact training, constant foot traffic and repeated events without degrading or becoming unsafe.
By combining premium gym flooring, custom race lanes, specialist turf and robust gym equipment, we created a space that supports elite-level competition while still working as a daily training facility.

Install
Install – from design to finished facility
The UKSF team managed the full project from initial consultation and quotation, through CAD design, to professional installation and final handover. This ensured every area of the facility was planned around athlete flow, equipment layout and event use.
The install included 20mm red fleck rubber gym flooring tiles throughout the main training areas, custom Hyrox sled turf and astro turf zones, and fully bespoke rubber race lanes with inlaid markings. We also supplied key pieces of cardio equipment including Air Runners and Echo Bikes, chosen for their reliability, performance and suitability for high-volume race training environments.
Our professional installation team ensured all gym flooring, gym flooring tiles and turf areas were fitted perfectly, delivering a seamless finish across the entire 800m² space. The result is a facility that not only looks impressive but is built to cope with the demands of daily training and large-scale competitive events.
