Full CrossFit gym supply and installation for CrossFit Lightning Bolt
UK Supreme Fitness were chosen to supply and fit a full CrossFit gym for CrossFit Lightning Bolt, delivering a complete facility solution from the ground up. This was a brand new gym build, starting with 20mm rubber gym flooring and running through to CrossFit rigs and racks, functional training equipment and Olympic weightlifting equipment.
The project involved several site visits to assess the space, understand the training requirements and plan the layout properly. Our team produced multiple CAD designs to optimise the floor space, athlete flow and equipment positioning for different usage scenarios. Once the final design was signed off, we began the full ordering and production process to prepare for a complete gym installation.
This approach ensured the facility was designed not just to look good, but to work perfectly for daily classes, open gym sessions and long-term growth.
Concept
A bespoke CrossFit training facility
The concept was to create a bespoke CrossFit facility that incorporated all the gym equipment you would expect to find in a modern, high-performance CrossFit gym. The client required a layout that supported group classes, open gym training and Olympic weightlifting, while remaining durable, practical and professional.
Key elements of the brief included custom-designed weightlifting platforms, a dedicated astro sled push track, and custom-built CrossFit rigs tailored specifically to the space. The goal was to combine high-quality CrossFit equipment, rubber gym flooring and intelligent layout design to create a training environment that works for both beginners and experienced athletes.
By designing the facility around how the gym would actually be used day-to-day, we created a space that maximises training capacity, safety and usability.
Install
Full gym installation by UK Supreme Fitness
UK Supreme Fitness managed the entire installation process, from initial quotation and CAD design through to final install and handover. This ensured a smooth, professional delivery and a consistent standard across the whole facility.
