The UKSF Hex Dumbbells are sold in pairs and available in weights ranging from 2.5kg – 50kg in increments of 2.5kg
The hex dumbbells are encased in thick rubber, which increases the lifespan, dampens noise and gives an aesthetical look.
The hexagon shaped weight allows for a range of movements from assisted pushups to single arm movements. They are perfect for rehabilitation exercises, explosive power training and isolated bodybuilding movements.
