UK Supreme Fitness Refund & Returns Policy

At UK Supreme Fitness, we take pride in providing high-quality gym equipment and outstanding service. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy under the following conditions:

Returns Eligibility

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
• The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where the item is incorrect, faulty, or damaged upon arrival.

How to Return an Item

You have two options for returning your order:

1. Arrange the return yourself – You can organise the return using your preferred courier. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
2. We can arrange collection for you – If you prefer, we can organise a collection, and the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault or an error on our part.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photos as evidence where possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
