The focus was on delivering reliable, hard-wearing gym equipment that supports a wide range of training styles, from strength and conditioning to circuit-based and functional fitness workouts.
Concept
The concept was to create a functional fitness style gym that could accommodate multiple athletes training at once, while remaining flexible enough to support different class formats and programming styles.
Key considerations included open training space, durable equipment and efficient storage. The facility was designed around functional fitness and CrossFit-style training, with equipment selected to support:
