Heavy-Duty Adjustable Weight Bench for Strength Training

The UKSF Ares Heavy Duty Adjustable Gym Bench combines a heavy-duty 75mm x 75mm x 3mm steel frame with multiple backrest positions for flat, incline and upright exercises. The bench features a 300mm wide pad with 75mm high-density foam padding, providing firm support during barbell pressing, dumbbell training and seated upper-body exercises.

Measuring 1430mm long x 640mm wide x 440mm high in its flat position, the Ares Adjustable Bench weighs 45kg and features a durable powder-coated finish, heavy-duty upholstery, rear transport wheels and a knurled front handle. Its adjustable design makes it suitable for commercial gyms, strength and conditioning facilities, PT studios and home gym setups.

Multiple Adjustable Bench Positions

Unlike a traditional flat weight bench, the UKSF Ares Adjustable Bench allows users to change the backrest angle to suit different strength training movements.

The adjustable backrest offers multiple incline positions alongside a flat setting and a 90° upright position, making it suitable for exercises including:

Its powder-coated steel finish is designed for regular use in commercial and home gym environments.

Transport Wheels and Easy Positioning

Despite weighing 45kg, the Ares Adjustable Bench can be repositioned using its knurled front handle and integrated rear transport wheels.

Simply lift the front of the bench using the handle and move it into the required training position.

This makes it particularly useful for commercial gyms and PT studios where benches need to be moved between power racks, dumbbell areas and other strength training stations.
