UKSF was commissioned to design and install a modern fitness facility within The Metro – a premium apartment block offering high-end amenities to its residents. The goal was to create a compact yet fully functional gym space that catered to a wide range of training styles, from strength training to general fitness.

The Concept
The Metro Fitness Suite was developed to provide hotel and apartment residents with a quality training environment on their doorstep. The gym needed to be durable, user-friendly, and offer a balanced mix of strength and cardio equipment to appeal to all ability levels.

Concept

The final facility includes:

• UKSF power racks for barbell training and compound lifts

• A full range of dumbbells, kettlebells, and bumper plates

• Olympic weight benches for strength and hypertrophy work

• Concept cardio machines for conditioning and warm-ups

All equipment was selected for its reliability, space efficiency, and ease of use – perfect for a residential setting.
