Synergy Fitness set out to launch a modern, versatile training space aimed at serving CrossFit, functional fitness, and Hyrox athletes. With a clear vision and a set budget, they needed a full facility fit-out that could deliver on performance, aesthetics, and member experience.

Concept

Designed to be more than just a training space, Synergy Fitness aimed to build a high-energy, visually striking gym that would appeal to both seasoned athletes and new members. The goal was to integrate functionality with form – creating a gym that performs as well as it looks.

Install

UKSF provided a full-scale solution, including:

• A custom-built free-standing CrossFit rig tailored to the space

• 20mm high-quality rubber flooring for durability and impact absorption

• Astro turf sprint track for Hyrox training and sled work

• Olympic barbells and bumper plates

• Gymnastic rings for advanced bodyweight training

• Hex dumbbells and kettlebells to support varied strength programming

Every piece was selected to support the diverse training needs of Synergy’s classes and individual sessions.
