UK Supreme Fitness Gym Equipment Supply and Installation

UK Supreme Fitness (UKSF) supplies commercial gym equipment and flooring, with design and installation services for gyms, CrossFit facilities, sports clubs, schools, PT studios and home gyms across the UK and Europe.

That might mean a custom functional fitness rig and a full facility fit-out. It could be a new sled track, a set of dumbbells or a power rack for the garage. Whatever the size of the project, we’ll help you work out what you need and how it will fit.

A little planning can save you from discovering that your new sled lane runs straight through the squat racks.

A bit about UKSF

Established in 2013 by ex-military personnel, UKSF is a veteran-owned business with a background in strength and conditioning and functional fitness. We’re keen gym users ourselves, so we care about how equipment works when people are actually training on it.

We work with customers opening their first gym, coaches improving an existing space and people who want to train at home. The questions are often similar. What equipment do we need? How much room will it take up? Can we get it installed?

That’s where we come in.

Gym equipment for the way you train

Functional fitness rigs and gym racks

A good rig can become the busiest part of a gym, with people squatting, pressing and doing pull-ups throughout the day. Getting the size and layout right makes a difference, especially when classes are involved.

Our gym rigs and racks include freestanding and wall-mounted rigs, squat racks, half racks and power racks. For something built around your room, our UK-made bespoke rigs can be tailored to your dimensions, training needs and branding.

Standard bespoke rigs use 75 × 75 × 3mm steel box section, with options for custom colours, logo plates and integrated storage. Compatible attachments include dip stations, landmines, wall ball targets, pull-up bars and pulley attachments.

The B-52 Stryker Combo Power Rack is another option. It combines a power rack with a dual pulley cable system, bringing barbell work, lat pulldowns, rows and other cable exercises into one station.

Rubber gym flooring and sled tracks

Flooring is easy to overlook when you’re choosing new kit. It deserves some attention before the first barbell hits it.

Our rubber gym flooring range includes 20mm and 40mm options, clip system tiles, flooring packages and custom branding. We’ll help you choose a suitable surface based on the training you do, the expected impact and the floor underneath.

For sled pushes and pulls, there are UK-made commercial astro turf tracks, with custom sizes, colours and branding available. A dedicated track gives conditioning sessions their own space and can bring your club or gym colours into the room.

If you need that space back between classes, take a look at the UKSF Roll-Out Sled Track. The 10m × 1m rubber mat rolls out on suitable flooring and rolls away for storage when you’re finished.

Olympic barbells and free weights

The free-weight area is where you’ll find our Olympic barbells, bumper plates, fractional plates, barbell collars and bar and plate packages.

Alongside those, our dumbbells and kettlebells include hex dumbbell pairs and sets, cast iron kettlebells and competition kettlebells.

We can help you choose the weights and quantities for your gym. Enough kit for a busy class saves everyone politely hovering around the last pair of dumbbells.

Benches and strength machines

For bench work and resistance training, the UKSF strength equipment range includes ARES flat and adjustable benches, plate-loaded strength machines, cable machines and glute ham developers (GHDs).

These can sit alongside your racks and free weights to give members more exercise options. In a smaller PT studio or home gym, we’ll help you think through which pieces will earn their floor space.

Functional fitness and HYROX training equipment

If your sessions involve sleds, wall balls and a coach saying “one more round”, we can help with the equipment.

Our functional fitness and conditioning kit includes prowler sleds, wall balls, sandbags, D balls, plyometric boxes, battle ropes, climbing ropes and wooden gymnastic rings.

There are also Concept2 rowers, SkiErgs and BikeErgs, alongside other cardio equipment for CrossFit-style workouts, HYROX-style training and general conditioning.

Gym storage that gives the floor back

A dedicated rack is a better home for dumbbells than the route to the changing rooms.

Our gym storage options include dumbbell racks, kettlebell racks, barbell and bumper plate storage, and heavy-duty shelving for functional training equipment. Storage can also be built into selected bespoke rigs, keeping kit close to the people using it.

Some of the people we have worked with

Over the years, UKSF has worked with military facilities including the SAS and SBS, as well as independent gyms, schools, sports clubs and performance brands. Here are a few examples of what that looks like in practice.

ThruDark headquarters

We supplied and installed the headquarters gym for ThruDark, the performance clothing brand founded by former SBS personnel.

The brief brought together a bespoke functional fitness rig, rubber gym flooring and strength equipment. The gym also needed to work for photography and filming, so the layout and finish had to suit both training and content creation.

Yatton Rugby Football Club

Yatton RFC needed a strength and conditioning gym for its rugby players that could also accommodate community sessions.

We installed a custom functional fitness rig with built-in storage and club logo plates, 20mm membrane rubber flooring and custom-branded UK-made astro turf. A B-52 dual pulley power rack, free weights, benches, strength equipment and cardio machines completed the space.

Ellis Guilford School

At Ellis Guilford School in Nottingham, we helped create a strength and conditioning gym for students. Commercial strength equipment, functional fitness kit and rubber flooring came together in a space designed for individual training and coached sessions.

Our wider portfolio includes Valesco Fitness Collective, ShireFit, Deadly Dozen, E1 CrossFit, CrossFit Orwell, CrossFit Bodmin and East Sussex Fire and Rescue.

Gym design and installation without the guesswork

“Some assembly required” becomes rather less appealing when you’re looking at a multi-bay rig.

Our gym installation service can cover the project from the first discussion through to fitting the flooring and equipment. We start with your space, budget and training plans, then work through the layout and equipment list with you.

Site visits and 3D drawings can help you see how it will come together before installation begins. We also plan equipment spacing, storage and training zones, so a busy class has room to move.

Once the scope is agreed, we coordinate delivery, site access and installation dates. We can also install third-party equipment if you already own kit or are buying from several suppliers.

A few common questions

Can you help with a home gym or PT studio?

Can you make a custom gym rig?

Yes. Our bespoke rigs are manufactured in the UK and can be tailored to your space, attachments, colours and branding.

Tell us what you are planning

Opening a commercial gym, improving a school facility or finally making room for that garage gym? We’d be happy to talk it through.
