Throughout the 3 days, the world’s leading brands in the health and fitness industry all attended the event and filled the NEC to the brim with visitors. Around 60,000 people attended, and it was marvelous to meet all the individuals who visited us at our stand.
The festival was packed with many sporting events including the Arnold Fitness Games, Strongman, Bodybuilding, Calisthenics and more. Attracting some of the biggest athletes within the sporting industry, this event was one to remember!
Here at UKSF HQ, we were honored to be given the opportunity to showcase our brand throughout the weekend and meet some truly spectacular people. Situated next to our stand was the Kalos Sthenos calisthenic competition, where athletes from all corners of the world went head-to-head in the lightweight, middleweight, heavyweight and ladies' competitions. Calisthenics is the practise of strength and resistance exercises mainly using bodyweight, with equipment adding more resistance to movements.

We proudly sponsored the competition and were thrilled to be involved when the team approached us for equipment for the competition. This includes our kettlebells, bumper plates, plyometric boxes, flooring, and mobility bands.
