UKSF X Who Dares Gyms

By UKSF on 13 December, 2021

Dorset Children’s Foundation’s mission is to improve and enrich the lives of disabled children and their families. They do this by providing the means to tackle the impact disabilities have on young lives. Ranging from social isolation, physical heath, emotional health and more.

With a plethora of support on offer, the DCF can give those who are impacted by disability a boost in living happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives.

With both businesses founded by military personnel, it was perfect fitting that we completed the hike on remembrance Sunday.

We set off early with the peak to be reached at 11am so we could hold a two- minute silence to remember those who fought bravely. The overall hike was 7km and we climbed 886m.

A total of £8,400 was raised over 4 days for the charity and we couldn’t be prouder! A huge well done to all involved and hopefully the proceeds come in handy to the Dorset Children’s Foundation.
